A digital companion from Agape Care Doulas.

A calm hand to hold through the hardest hours.

The Night Rescue Kit is a quiet, immediately-usable companion for new-parent nights — built to be there at 2 AM, even when no one else can be.

A new parent in a softly lit room before dawn, holding a swaddled newborn close to their chest near a warm-toned window — calm, tender, real.

The night doesn't have to feel like an emergency.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

And you don't have to earn rest. It is already yours.

Why nights are the hardest part.

The hours between dusk and dawn are when help is least available, advice is most contradictory, and your nervous system is most depleted.

The advice gets louder.

At 2 AM, every parenting forum says something different. The Kit gives you one calm voice instead.

Your support gets quieter.

The doula isn't there. The pediatrician's office is closed. Your partner is asleep, or also crying.

Your judgement gets harder on you.

Sleep deprivation is famously good at convincing you that everyone else has figured this out. They haven't.

The Night Rescue Kit is not a course.

It's a calm, dim-mode-friendly companion you open with one hand, while holding a baby — designed for the moments you actually need it, by a doula who has been there.

Not a curriculum. A companion.

Not a checklist. A next thing to try.

Not advice. A calm voice — and a clear line for when something is medical.

Meet Mandy

The postpartum period deserves to be treated with extraordinary care.

Built on years of overnight care for new-parent families. In Toronto, and anywhere the nights are long.

From the families who have used it.

I opened it at 3 AM on night four. I cried, then I slept. It was the only thing that night that didn't make me feel worse.

Maya R. — Toronto

My partner finally knew what to do. The Handoff Sheet alone is worth the price.

James & Priya K. — Mississauga

I bought it as a gift for my sister. She told me it was the only baby gift she actually used.

Olivia R. — North York

A Gift For You

The Night Rescue Kit

— from someone who loves you.

Answers to what families ask before buying.

Is this a sleep-training program?

No. The Kit is not a sleep-training program. It does not prescribe a schedule, a "method," or a way to teach your baby to sleep. It is a calm companion for the nights you have.

Do I need to log in or create an account?

No. You'll get a private link by email after purchase. Save it to your home screen — that's it.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The Kit is mobile-first and works on any modern phone. It also works on tablets and laptops. There is a downloadable PDF mirror of every text-based asset.

Will it work in the dark?

Yes. Dim mode is on automatically between 8 PM and 7 AM. You can override.

Is this medical advice?

No. The Kit is non-medical. It is built by a certified postpartum doula and is designed to support, not replace, your healthcare team. There is a clear When to Call Your Provider card inside the Kit for that exact reason.

Can I gift it?

Yes. Choose the Gift Edition at checkout — you'll get a personalised printable card and an option to schedule the email delivery.

Is this for first-time parents only?

No. Many parents on their second or third baby tell us the nights are still hard. The Kit doesn't assume newness. It assumes humanity.

What is your refund policy?

Within 14 days, if the Kit isn't what you needed, write to us and we'll refund you. No friction.

I'm in Toronto / the GTA. Can I also book in-home care?

Yes. The Kit is one path. In-home overnight care, virtual support, and customised packages are all available — see our services.

Agape Care Doulas provides non-medical postpartum support. We are not nurses, midwives, or healthcare providers. The Night Rescue Kit is educational and supportive in nature. It is designed to work alongside your medical team, not in place of them.

For all medical concerns — yours or your baby's — please contact your healthcare provider, your local public health line, or 911.

Tonight is going to happen either way.

Let it happen with a calm hand on your shoulder.
